These are the items that are mainly found by home inspectors and cause the most issues with repair requests. Getting them done now will save you money and stress later.

INDOOR REPAIRS

• Repair leaky faucets, sinks, dishwashers.
• If you see any sign of wall mildew or dampness, check for broken pipes inside the walls.
